The Executive Board consists of the Officers, President's Assistants, Special Appointments, District Directors, the Nominating Committee, and Chairmen.  Board meetings are either at GFWC of Massachusetts Headquarters in Sudbury, MA or after Club Institute meetings at the VFW in Medway. Executive Board Meeting in Sudbury begin at 10:00 a.m. and Club Institute Chairmen Meetings begin at 9:00 a.m.   Club Institute begins at 10:30 a.m.  The Executive Board also meets during the Annual Meeting.
