Starting in 2020 GFWC Massachusetts Women's Clubs and Junior Membership had combined Annual Conventions and Meetings.

• The 2019 Junior Membership Annual Conference was held on April 27, 2019 at Stone Forge Tavern in Raynham.
• The 2018 Junior Membership Annual Conference was held on April 28, 2018 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Springfield.
• The 2017 Junior Membership Annual Conference was held on April 22, 2017 at the Holiday Inn in Taunton.
• The 2016 Junior Membership Annual Conference was held on April 23, 2016 at the Boston Marriott in Newton.
