Junior Membership Report Writing Information

NO COPIES, NO POSTAGE, JUST CLICK OR TOUCH AND EMAIL!
Junior Membership continues to make the report writing process easier for you as club leaders. We ask all clubs to continue submitting their reports electronically. However, it is imperative that the following guidelines are followed by all clubs. You will need to download each form and then save it for your club.
The forms for 2024 are downloaded below.
► When you download the file use "Save As" and replace the word Club in the filename with your Club name.
E.G,, Arts and Culture for GFWC Marlborough Junior Woman's Club would be: MarlboroughArtsandCulture2024
► The forms are fillable with your information ~ make sure to first save it to your computer
► Club Reports are due no later than Sunday 1/19/25 at 11:59 pm.
► The time frame to send your reports is from 1/12/25 to 1/19/25 (Monday – Sunday).
► The email to send your club reports is: [email protected].
That email account will only be monitored during that time.
► Clubs can only submit each report ONCE.
You will receive back a confirmation email as to what report was submitted within 48 hours of submission.
If you DO NOT receive a confirmation, then it was not received and will need to be sent again.
